Michael and Rosemary Martin Properties is an organization that was founded to provide affordable and attractive living space in a small-town setting.  Our properties have been refurbished and remodeled,.

We believe in preserving Tracy's older buildings, repurposing some, upgrading while preserving classic features.  We take pride in reclaiming and refurbishing historic places. All of our buildings were built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
